    • Increase emotional sensitivity, awareness to improve the quality of negotiation, increase the efficiency of the company by increasing the emotional intelligence of the whole team. Methods:

    4.Resource trainings: The structure of resource meetings depends on the type chosen.

    Groups are formed on an open principle, i.e. there is always an opportunity for new participants to join (except for therapeutic groups). The number of people depends on the topic. It can be unlimited or limited to 20 people (when there is a need to pay attention to everyone). It is also possible to hold several such meetings simultaneously for different teams.
